  4. Why Christians Have Doubts Satan likes to trick new Christians New Christians can fail to mature spiritually Comparing yourselves to others creates uncertainly.

  5. Doubt Brings Consequences Lost fellowship and communion with the Father Our joy evaporates No desire to serve God No desire to share our testimony for Christ Allows us to succumb to temptation

  6. Substitutes For Submission An emotional experience instead of true faith Expecting “religion” to save them Believing “good deeds outweigh bad ones” Thinking I don’t deserve Hell

  7. How To Know For Certain One must know Christ personally by faith Understand and believe: • Christ died to pay for your sin • He was buried and rose again • He ascended back into Heaven • He wants to save you and will, If you believe

  8. Eternal Life God’s gift Extended to all mankind He wants you to have eternal life He asks you to believe.
