  3. Cash Flow • Operational cash in is the sales revenue for a given period of time (also the investment & finance income we are ignoring) Sales $ = Price x Quantity

  5. Cash Flow • Operational cash out includes: • Cost of Goods sold (variable & direct fixed costs) • Cost of inventory accumulation • Indirect fixed costs (operational overhead) (We are ignoring the investment and financial cash outs.)
