  7. Challenges • Many new and interesting things are posted every day which need much time to figure them out. • ICT level and skills • High technological demands, eg. Video conferencing • Some of the software are free and some are not. (May be budget constrain for individual/institution)

  9. Conclusion • The ALVM course (its content and design) is relative to what I am doing currently to my institution and its implementation is inevitable for my personal competency and for the Open University of Tanzania.
