  1. Text 11 "Of the many objects of favored delight and of all the lovable damsels of Vrajabhümi, ÇrématéRädhäräëé is certainly the most treasured object of Kåñëa's love. And, in every respect, Her divine kuëòa is described by great sages as similarly dear to Him. Undoubtedly Rädhä-kuëòa is very rarely attained even by the great devotees; therefore it is even more difficult for ordinary devotees to attain. If one simply bathes once within those holy waters, one's pure love of Kåñëa is fully aroused."

  3. ÇréRädhä-kuëòa Why is Rädhä-kuëòa so exalted? Live permanently on the banks of Rädhä-kuëòa or at least take a bath in the lake as many times as possible. Advancing the devotional service in the wake of the lady friends (sakhés) and confidential serving maids (maïjarés) of ÇrématéRädhäräëé. The Spiritual master "To understand these things properly, one must humbly approach, with firewood in hand, a spiritual master who is learned in the Vedasand firmly devoted to the Absolute Truth."1 Service to the Lord "No one can understand the transcendental nature of the name, form, quality and pastimes of ÇréKåñëa through his materially contaminated senses. Only when one becomes spiritually saturated by transcendental service to the Lord are the transcendental name, form, quality and pastimes of the Lord revealed to him."2 Quality of the service "One should render transcendental loving service to the Supreme Lord Kåñëa favorably and without desire for material profit or gain through fruitive activities or philosophical speculation. That is called pure devotional service."3

  5. Summary • The conclusion is that to live on the banks of the Rädhä-kuëòa and to bathe there daily constitute the highest perfection of devotional service. It is a difficult position to attain, even for great sages and devotees like Närada. Thus there is no limit to the glory of ÇréRädhäkuëòa. By serving Rädhä-kuëòa, one can get an opportunity to become an assistant of ÇrématéRädhäräëé under the eternal guidance of the gopés. Shri Upadashamrita – The Nectar of Instruction
