2. The cause… • The Somerset Animal Hospital would like to expand the company by traveling to other countries with lesser medical care for the animals

4. Situation • We need more space for the animals • Our medical supplies are running low, we need more medicines • More surgery space • More medically trained staff

5. Action With expanding the space we will have many different options. We could: • Look at making many small rooms • Having few larger rooms with dividers. These additions will only be made to the home building in Somerset, other small buildings will be made in other countries to help more animals in need.

6. Recommendations • I recommend that we add on to the building enough to fit two 100ft x150ft rooms for the animals to play in the winter time or if the conditions are too rough. • Build a room that is 200ft x250ft for a medical work room, including surgery tools, medicines/drugs, and dog treats. (The workers will not be so cluttered which will reduce the dangers of employees or an animal (to be further injured) being injured. • It will also allow the company to hire new workers to either help with animal therapy, help with any medical needs, or do the paper work for the company.

7. Implement • I will put an ad in the New Richmond News and Star Tribune to get construction companies, planners and contractors. • Doing this will get multiple offers so we can compare the prices, and past work of the company to get the best one. • I will also add a build board to open our wishes even more. • I am asking for $800,000 for additions, medicince/tools
