  2. “I often paint to music and I think that really influences my work. Learning to fly to me is like a really gentle and vibrant guitar solo in which through texture, color and exploration the artist finds his way takes flight.”

  3. Franck de Las Mercedes was born in Masaya, Nicaragua in 1972. He was raised in a family of dancers, musicians and teachers. Franck de Las Mercedes

  4. Franck de Las Mercedes During the mid-eighties the family was forced to immigrate to New York because of the Sandinista/Contra war. Franck grew up in New York and was involved in music and theater. By the late nineties he became interested in the visual arts. Franck is a self taught artist.
