Language Arts- We can use rubrics to edit our writing. Science- We can research about Penguins. Social Studies- Martin Luther King Jr. is a historical figure. Important Dates: Jan. 31- Wear Black for Determination Feb. 1st- 80’s Dress Up Day Feb. 7th- 100th Day of School (Please bring 100 of something to add to our snack mix. Ex: goldfish, skittles, pretzels, cereal…) Feb. 14th- Valentines Party at 12:00 Birthday Reminder: You may send a special snack for the class on your child’s birthday with them that morning. They will be able to share it at a time our learning allows. We have 26 students in our class. Thank you! • Class Wish List: • Clorox Wipes • Hand Sanitizer Our class has PE on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please wear socks and tennis shoes. • Reminders: • Your child needs a healthy snack each day. • Please keep track of your child’s lunch account. • Please bring your cubby poster to school! • Library books are due every Friday.
