  3. Equipment Vegetable peeler, chopping board, knife, saucepan, colander, masher.

  4. Method 1. Peel the potatoes. Cut in half.

  5. 2. Bring potatoes to the boil, simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes). 3. Chop the parsley.

  6. 4. Drain the potatoes.

  7. 5. Mash the potatoes with the milk until smooth. 6. Stir in the parsley. Top tips Add a spoon of grainy mustard for a twist. Stir in chopped spring onions for extra crunch
