  3. Aliyahbenson (Kgn) andjason Mei(kgn) The 3rd place haiku winner is … What is it? I am rough and small. I make stuff super shiny. Kids like to use me.

  4. Ivan zhu (Kgn) and ellen tang (Kgn) The 2nd placehaiku winner is … What is it? It could build a house. Some are made of foam or wood. It can flip and stand.

  5. Baylei best (Kgn), fiona li (Kgn) and fendiroque (kgn) The 1st place haiku winner is… Ballerinas Ballerinas dance! I like ballerinas. Yay! They have pretty hair!

Nyaholiveras-gray (2ndgrade) The 3rd place free verse winner is … Super Insane Extra Hyperness When I drink Coca Cola or I Spin around too fast That’s when My super mega insane hyperness goes extra insane. When I’m about to wrestle or when I’m super ready That’s when My super mega insane hyperness goes extra insane.

It’s glorious! I like it you see!

  14. Karsyn best (2nd grade) The 2nd place “Other” winner is… Snowflake Snowflakes falling. No school today. Oh my! The snow is falling 4 feet tall. Wait, the snow stopped. Fall, snow, fall. Lake, freeze. Ah so your trying to trick me winter. Kind of tricking me winter. Enough of winter.

  15. Mary yoon (1st grade) The 1st place “Other” winner is… Paradise A land full of coconut trees Bees sipping juice from the coconut And I’m so happy of what I see Sometimes I imagine If chocolate raindrops fell from the sky That one day I will see a real fairy fly.
