38. 2G FRAUD The tell-tale signs of fraud confirms that MADE TO ORDERElection Returns were prepared in a hotel located near Edsa and in another place in Metro Manila.

39. 2G FRAUD The information states that the spurious ERs were made by a group of professionals, a sub group of accomplished operators numbering about 200, of core members (so-called pianistas, golden hands) who implemented a systematic, schematic, well-financed, well-managed and well-supervised electoral fraud.
