New Vision for Event: • More upscale event hosted at an upscale location. • Using the Isabella Bank annual BBQ customer appreciation lunch approach. • Simplified menu with professional food service people to help • Simplified take out and prep work. • More Rotary members on the floor serving drinks, coffee, cleaning up. Greeting, welcoming and serving guest. • Show our stuff to the community! What Rotary is all about and what we do for the community. • Increase membership awareness. • Raise more money from Sponsorship Packages and additional ticket sales. • Require ever member to sell at least 10 tickets or one Sponsorship Package. Franklin Street. January 6 to February 17, 2014 – SELL SPONSORSHIPS & TICKETS Ticket and Sponsorship Sales. Each member is responsible for selling 10 tickets or one Sponsorship. January 16, 2014 Committee Chair Meeting, planning for dinner promotion & displays February 10, 2014 All Sponsorship Forms Due back with Ads. February 17, 2014 All Ticket Sales Due back with Envelope Report. Review of Rotary Beef Dinner Ticket Envelope: • Each member has 10 tickets and is required to sell/buy them or sell one Sponsorship Package at $250. • Please complete the data sheet on the envelop with number of tickets sold, amount collected (cash or check), name of person you sold tickets, phone or email of that person. If they do not want to buy a ticket please ask for a general donation. • Sponsorship Package Form – Complete data and return by February 10, 2014.
