Habitat --The zebra lives in the savannah in Africa
Diet The Zebra Herbivore which means it eats Grass. The Zebra does not eat meat!!!
Family Life Number of offspring born- usually only one. (rare to get two) Gestation- 350 to 400 days! (a full year or more of being pregnant! When are Zebra’s born- Spring (around April) How long do Zebra’s take care of there young- For one hour! Social Behavior- They live in herds.
Characteristics Temperament- If you try to hurt there young Habits and unique behavior- they make weird noises (that you will see and hear in a few slides) Defenses- Run, Kick, and bite. Acquiring food- Plants (herbivore) Life Span- 25 years
History Zebra’s have been around since 1300 B.C.which Is when they say that the earth was created by whatever you belive. Zebra’s are not endagered but are Protected. You cannot shoot them.
Relationship to Humans Zebra’s are only mean to humans if you scare them or you try to hurt there young!
