Problem • Stuart Hall has lower retention rates once students reach the upper level school, partially due to students transferring to the VA Governors School • The Emphasis Programs are meant to provide students the opportunity to engage in more rigorous academic work similar to that at VA Governors school • The Program materials are text-heavy and do not communicate the requirements and benefits of the program in a viewer friendly way

Objectives • The learner will identify the benefits of the programs • The learner will know the class sequence of the programs • The learner will evaluate past projects and decide whether the program is a good fit for them
analysis findings • Stuart Hall needs to have more concise and clear information regarding the Emphasis Programs • The content available to viewers needs to be more engaging and user-friendly
