Use food in new ways. --Drink more water. --Do exercises between your favorite TV shows. --Make sure to get off of all electronics after 30 minutes or more of use. --Make healthy and fun meals with your family. Adults: --Play family games to get your kids and yourself moving. --Spend time outside of the house and electronics with family. Schools: --Change school menus to healthy food: *more vegetables, less vending machines
