Commercial Issues Yet to open LC for UI payment delays : • TN default in UI & Reactive charges: • CERC order dt 21-10-11 directed TN to liquidate UI dues by 31-10-11 and • imposed a fine of Rs. 1 Lakh • TN cleared the UI dues as on 01-11-11 (~Rs. 75 cr) • TN still to pay ~17.3Crs. for UI of wk 29 and 30 • TN yet to pay the interest of ~ Rs. 1.45 Cr as on 16-09-11

Mock Exercise for the implementation of the RRF • CERC directed to start mock exercise for the implementation of RRF w.e.f. 01.07.2011. • SLRDC wrote to Beneficiaries on 05-07-11 and 01-08-11 requesting to make arrangements • CERC conducted a workshop on 10-10-11 at Bangalore for the implementation of RRF mechanism • Member, CERC, directed States to give details within 15 days. • Data yet to be received Letter dt.01.08.11 Letter dt.05.07.11
Actions to be taken by states States to furnish: • a list of the wind farms and solar farms eligible for RRF provision. • details of Contracts along with contracted price to the concerned RPC and RLDC through the respective SLDC • Forecasting data for wind and solar generation to the concerned SLDC/RLDC and RPC • 15-minute block-wise data of schedule and actual generation from wind farm generation/ Solar Generation plants as recorded in the Special Energy Meters on a weekly basis
Solar Schedules vetting • Solar generators may be advised to give availability of the generator, weather forecasting, solar insolation, season and normal solar generation curve etc. so as to enable SRLDC to vet the Generation schedules
Identify Nodal Officer • Furnish Details of Nodal developer who shall be responsible for coordinating for the collective capacity on behalf of the group of developers on issues like SCADA, metering, scheduling, UI charges, RRF, forecasting data with the concerned SLDC/RLDC. • States to identify a nodal officer for coordinating on the above matters.
