  4. Global Climate Changes When trees decay, they're emitting tons of carbon dioxide, which causes intense weather storms like Katrina. As water heats up, it expands and triggers a sea level rise around the world. The U.N panel predicts in 2080 we will have devastating consequences for the rich and poor.   5. How does the changing climate impact biota: turtles, polar bears, penguins, migratory birds, humans, food production? • The changing climate impacts almost all of the animals the same. For example the polar bears and penguins are loosing ways to get food, with the melting ice.
