Payment is required in full at time of application. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to the Conference if payment has not been received prior to the event. We will refund in full any unsuccessful applications. To qualify for the early bird discount rate, payments must be received by 28 July 2014. We reserve the right to decline applications from, or to charge a higher fee to, organisations which are not regular supporters of the IIAG. Your application will be confirmed with a request to complete a Registration Form where you will be able to provide details such as your catering requirements. Refunds for cancellations on successful applications will be considered where the IIAG can resell the delegate space or the Hotel can resell the room. We reserve the right to alter published programmes, speakers, fees or venues without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel programmes at our discretion in which case our liability shall be restricted to a refund of any fees paid to us.
