The New Meal Deal – Food service Toolkit • Two packets that describe the new USDA Breakfast and Lunch Meal Patterns • The slides in each packet were originally developed by the Arkansas Department of Education Child Nutrition Unit for the new Lunch Meal Pattern Workshop in April 2012 and the new Breakfast Meal Pattern Workshop in April 2013
