Lesson #1 • More than 5 years in FP-related services • Mostly as FP7 Focal Points at public universities • Not having practice in FP project management Typical experience of the NCPs and FP7 Focal Points: • Some have more than 10 years (among the first project participants from BiH in FP projects) • Some are absolutely newcomers • Some are active in daily management of FP projects as well BUT… Capacity building and institutional strengthening of Science and Research in BiH Project fundedby the EU in consortium with Logotech, ZentrumfürSozialeInnovation , European Profiles
