HOUSING STABILITY COUNCIL SWHP ENGAGEMENT Membership and Mission Membership and Mission Strategies for Homelessness • Build capacity with partners to implement proven models to prevent and end homelessness • Coordinate with veteran organizations, developers and providers to end veteran’s homelessness • Integrate asset-building and antipoverty programs to support housing stabilization and economic security. • Enhance data and research capability to understand and address homeless needs and evaluate effectiveness of the work across Oregon Natural Points of Contact • Decide on IDA framework • Decide on set-asides or preference for Veterans in NOFA and QAP • Receive updates on 2nd round of Operation Welcome Home
