The Asking Process Develop a Role Statement that clearly outlines: • What skills you are looking for • What the role is about • Hours per week to carry out the role. • Pray that God will reveal the right person for you to ask. • Ask the person, give them the Role Statement. • Ask them to pray about it and see if it is something that God is calling them too.
