Web Content Strategy Project Status • Completed the internal assessment • Included info on 2008 web redesign • Background info from Communications • Interviews with staff at all levels • Consultant delivered strategic foundation doc • 1,300 page content audit and report (in process—expected mid-July) • Content, workflow, and capacity recommendations (mid-Aug) • Content writing/editing (150 pages—Sept-Oct.)
