Remodel BA005 (justification) • We need to retire the BA005 server room and remove the support infrastructure. • Cost to maintain the server room is $10,000 a year • Office area is great but there is a need for more open collaborative space • IT Needs a large conference room closer to its staff for meeting

Infrastructure Services 2010-2011 Initiatives • Finish Career Ladders • Finish Build out of DLC • Life Cycle Funding for Infrastructure • Remodel BA005 • ID Management • Server Project Phase III “More Virtualization” • Disaster Recovery Planning and Phase I • Device ID project and Network Documentation • ITOC / Development with tie to Outcomes Assessment • Answer the Microsoft Question • Network Build out Phase III

IT Infrastructure Services Top 5PBA Requests For 2010-11 • Implement New Career Ladder structure (Including the re-slottng of misaligned positions and fund any changes • PHP Integration Specialist $70,000 (Ongoing) • Money for 3 part-time Infrastructure Support personnel $80,000 • Current or increased level of ongoing infrastructure funding $150,000 • Remodel BA005 (approximate cost $??,??? )
