  3. 2. Ó, szabaddá tedd Isten, A szívem mindentől, És add, hogy minden részem Tehozzád vágyjék föl! Mi adhat igaz nyugtot, És tiszta örömet? Csak az, mit Isten gondolt, És Ő lát helyesnek.

  4. 3. Ó, szemgyógyító írral Kend meg a szememet, Hogy országodnál jobbat Ne lásson idelent! Ily dicső megváltásért Mit adnék cserébe? Mindent, mit Megváltóm kért, Megtennék Őérte!
