Notes: • Recruitment Choice is the result of a major research project commissioned by The Newspaper Society during February-March 2005 amongst 8,000 working-age adults across the UK. • The survey was carried out by independent research company, Human Capital and the sample is representative across age, income and geographical regions. • The tables attached provide a brief summary of the results. • Where samples allow, we have illustrated results for Northern Ireland versus the UK total; and for UK total Public versus Private Sector. • The Newspaper Society will happily present to a wider audience with the Northern Ireland government departments communications team and/or provide more background/information as required. • Contact Robert Ray, Marketing Director at The Newspaper Society:- • 0207 693 0418 • robert_ray@newspapersoc.org.uk
