  3. for initials and abbreviations Example: J. B. (Jordan Belmaine) U.S.A. (United States of America) GPO (General Post Office) • for days of the week, months of the year and holidays Example: Friday, March, St. Patrick’s Day • for brand names Example: Coca Cola, Nike, Nestle

  4. for the names of places ( continents, countries, provinces, counties, cities, towns, mountains, rivers, lakes, streets, parks, buildings) Examples: Europe, Ireland, Leinster, Cork, Dublin, Sligo, Wicklow Mountains, River Liffey, Lough Derg, Fleet Street, Hyde Park, Belcamp Village Centre • to begin keywords in titles Examples: School of Rock, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas

  5. for words describing places and people (countries, cities, their language and their natives) Examples: Ireland, Irish Spain, Spanish Wales, Welsh
