Hygiene and Safety • 1. Work sensibly within the kitchen with regards to yourself and others using the workspace. • 2. Use all equipment with the proper care. • 3. When entering the classroom make sure: • all bags and coats are put safely under the tables. • all stools are stacked safely. • aprons are worn. • hair is tied up. • 4.
