  2. 56yo , virgin , abdominal distention , US & CT : 80 × 50 ovarian mass + omental thickening + ascitis , CA125= 2217 , CA19-9=10 , HE4=710 oP : 1.9.92 , 5–6 lit ascitis , disseminated tumoral seeding + omental cake , no pelvic mass , dense rectosigmoid adhesion , patient family didn’t accept risk of colostomy so TAH + BSO have not performed Pathology : 1- ascites fluid cytology : positive for malignancy , adenocarcinoma. 2- omentum : High grade serous adenocarcinoma involved fibro- adipose tissue.
