What is Psychology Therapy • Psychology therapy is all about using validated scientific practices in order to help people get better. • Psychology therapy involves the use of various techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy and other kinds of talk therapy. • The end goal of psychology therapy is to achieve a happier state of mind.

How is Psychology Therapy Conducted • Psychology therapy, for individuals, usually involves a one-on-one interaction between your counselor and you. • Together through various talk therapy techniques, you will be identify the triggers that lead to your anxiety, stress or whatever it is that is affecting your mind. • Once you identify these triggers, you work towards responding towards them differently by identifying new response patterns with your psychologist, that suit your lifestyle.

Tools of Psychology Therapy • Medication • Meditation • Lifestyle change • These are usually the key tools that a health psychologist would ask you to incorporate for a better, healthier lifestyle. • Your Psychologist will ask you to slowly incorporate and practice new skills to help you get over your lack of confidence or anxiety. • Little exercise that you need to conduct, such as talking to people you work around, the office help or the lobby man, without feeling anxious.
