Valentine Disco 2011 I’d like to purchase a ticket/tickets for the Valentine Disco Child’s name/s__________________________ Class/classes_______________________ I enclose £ ________________________ (P4, P5, P6 and P7 pupils) February 10th 7pm till 8.15pmTicket price - £2.00 includes disco & refreshments! An appeal for adult helpers! If you can spare any time to help at this event, this would be appreciated. Please provide your contact details below and return to school as soon as possible. Alternatively, contact Anne on 677002 / 0780 389 5456 or aaerm@talktalk.net For ticket purchases, please complete the tear off slip (shown above right), and return to school by Friday 4th February. Please arrive by the infant hall door (between the nursery and kitchen entrances). Please collect from the main entrance. All children must be dropped off and collected by an adult.
