Sheeran-Crowley Memorial Trust • Assists Texas attorneys and their families impaired by substance dependence or other mental disorders in paying for treatment or otherwise achieving recovery from their disorder.

Grievance Referral Program • Implemented in 2007. • Designed to help identify and assist lawyers who have impairment or performance issues. • In exchange for a dismissal of the complaint, the respondent lawyer agrees to complete a remedial or rehabilitative program individually tailored to the lawyer’s needs. • If the lawyer does not fully complete the terms of the agreement in a timely manner, the complaint moves forward through the usual disciplinary process.
