Accession Statistics • In FY09 Music transferred 994 items to ReCAP (cf. in FY08) • Music has accessioned 72,402 items since ReCAP opened in 2002 • This accounts for 2.32% of CUL’s total holdings at ReCAP
Retrievals • Total retrievals increase every year and fluctuate correlating to academic calendar • Total deliveries of off-site EA collections to CUL departments • FY09 : 2,058 • FY02-FY10Q1 : 11,042 • 80.2% of Music Library collections delivered to Music Circulation. 19.8% delivered to other circulations desks or ILL.
