Conclusion Effect of DARP from Fukuoka FIR is larger than the effect of DARP restricted within Oakland Oceanic FIR. Flight Dispatcher’s DARP familiarization has moved forward after 2 years of implementation. Expansion of DARP applicable city pair is expected.
