  3. Filling in the box • A gas with a temperature of 200 K (all temperatures must be in Kelvin), a pressure of 5 atm, a volume of 10 mL and 20 particles, changes its VOLUME to 20 mL. If the particles and temperature are NOT CHANGED, what is the new PRESSURE?

  4. Determining the answer • You only have to deal with the variables that were changed. • You must know the relationship: • DIRECT or INDIRECT • Write the “GIVEN of the UNKNOWN. • Use the ratio.

  5. A gas with a TEMPERATURE of 300 K and a PRESSURE of 700 mm Hg is heated to 450 K. What is the new PRESSURE?
