ADVANCEMENT Earn the Ranks of Scouting
BOBCAT - No matter what age or grade a boy joins Cub Scouting, he must earn his Bobcat badge. TIGER CUB - Five Achievements with three parts: Family Activity, Den Activity & Go See It!
WOLF - 12 Achievements centered on the Scouts “Duty to God, Country, Family, and Self” BEAR - Need to complete 12 out of 24 achievements. WEBELOS - Activity badges in five areas: Physical Skills, Mental Skills, Community Involvement, Technology, and Outdoor

TRAINING Every youth member deserves a trained leader! • Youth Protection (online) – mandatory for each new leader when registering as an adult leader with the BSA • Fast Start (online) • This is Scouting (online) • Leader Specific Training – available online and in classroom format • Online training is at www.MyScouting.org All unit leaders must be by October 15th!
