In a decisive response to the state of emergency, caused by the devastation of Typhoon "Frank" (international codename “Fengshen”), which pounded the Philippines on Saturday, June 21st 2008, the Aklan Association Eastern U.S.A, a leader among Filipino-American organizations, has rallied to organize a charity fundraising dinner and dance to raise money for “The BAHÂ (Be Advocates Help Aklan) RELIEF“ to aid the flood victims in the affected province of the Philippines located in the Western Visayas.
