  6. Sponge • Least complex invertebrate • Composition • Two layers of cells • Central Cavity • How do they obtain oxygen/food?

  7. Reproduction • Asexual/sexual • Asexual – fragments • Sexual – hermaphroditic (sperm/eggs)

  9. Cnidarians • Jellyfish, corals, sea anemones • No longer just two cell layers, but two tissue layers • Outer is called the ectoderm • Inner is called the endoderm
