  1. Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) • Single Soldiers deserve the same high-quality construction standards in their housing that has been mere recently provided to married Soldiers. Like all housing, modern barracks have been shown to significantly in crease Soldiers’ morale. Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) is the Army’s Program to privatize GEO Bachelors to reside in the Barracks from the rank of E-1 to E-6. • Who can reside in barracks? All Active Duty single Soldiers, E-5 and below assigned to Fort Hamilton. • What do the homes look like? They are all the Army standard 1+1 configuration. • Does each of them receive separate rooms? Spaces are allocated according to AR 420-1 • Where is the HSO located? HSO is located at 137C Poly Place Suite 2A • Does HSO have a deposit waiver or rental partnership programs?
