  3. Antonia tried piklets • The pikletswere soft and yummy. The country that they are from is New Zealand.

  4. Help to prepare food. The croissants need cutting.

  5. Kate samples croissants… They were soft. They reminded her of bananas because of the shape. The country that they came from is France.

  6. It was the first time we tried some foods.

  7. Ayla tried pavlova It tasted like sugar and cream together. It was soft and a little crunchy. The country it is from is New Zealand.

  9. Aaron piklets: The pikletsare from New Zealand. They reminded Aaron of Christmas. The texture was soft and melted in his mouth.

  10. Food from our cultures.

  11. Aarya croissants: It came from France. It was soft. The crust was a little bit crunchy. It reminded him of the Eifel tower.

  12. We learnt about etiquette when eating.

  13. Jorja enjoyed pineapple lumps They tasted chocolaty. The country that they came from is New Zealand. The texture is hard.

  14. Say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ when eating at the table. 

  15. Roshan tasted the croissant The outside was crunchy and the middle was yellow and soft. They came from France.

  16. Food from the Pacific.

  17. Riley – prawn crackers Riley tried the prawn crackers from China. He said that they tasted like lemon. It was soft and crunchy.

  18. Etiquette is being polite and having good manners.

  19. Nathan samples the croissant Nathan tried the croissant from France. He said they tasted like cheese. It was soft.

  20. Indiya – pineapple lumps Indiya tried the pineapple lumps. They were hard. They tasted like bananas.

  21. Alex – pineapple lumps Alex tried the pineapple lumps from New Zealand. They tasted like bananas. Alex said they were hard.

  22. Only take a little at a time so others can have some.

  23. Clea- Pineapple lumps Clea tried the pineapple lumps. She said the taste like chocolate bananas. They were hard.

  24. Thank the person who prepares the food.

  25. Samir – Indian Sweets Samir tried the Indian sweets. They were sweet and grey in the inside and brown on the outside. They were soft.

  26. Find out things about other peoples’ cultures. 

  27. Ryan’s pineapple lumps: The texture was hard. It reminded him of chocolate and pineapple. It tasted chocolaty.

  28. Try new foods but if you don’t like them say “Thank you but I’ve tried a little and I don’t want any more.”

  29. Kahlen- pineapple lumps Kahlen tried the pineapple lumps. They were hard. Kahlen thought they tasted like bananas.

  30. The kids are collecting their food.

  31. Abby tasted banana bread It tasted like the bread you get in the super market. The texture was soft. It reminded her of bananas. The country was Bangladesh.

  32. We even had hot chocolate to taste!!!
