As you recognize the need for improvement: • What types of data or evidence might you use to identify specific classroom instructional needs? • What different types of opportunities do you provide for teachers to meet with other teachers to be learners of mathematics and reflect on their instruction? • What might be some ways you encourage teachers to share with others what they are learning about teaching mathematics?
