  2. Hello! Daniel Bernoulli, Swiss Mathematician  (born Feb. 8 [Jan. 29, Old Style], 1700, Groningen, Neth.—died March 17, 1782, Basel, Switz.), 

  3. Bernoulli’s Principle (law) • Daniel’s reputation was established in 1738 with Hydrodynamica, in which he considered the properties of basic importance in fluid flow, particularly pressure, density, and velocity, and set forth their fundamental relationship. • He put forward what is called Bernoulli’s Principle, which states that the pressure in a fluid decreases as its velocity(speed) increases.
