  17. Grades • Homework 40% • Lowest grades dropped • Two Mid-term Exams 20% • Final Exam 20% • KEEP ALL YOUR HOMEWORKS Prof. Leighton

  18. Homework Policy • Assignments are accepted on the day they are due (or earlier) • Assignments are collected at the beginning of the period • No assignments are accepted after the last day of classes • Students turning in identical homework will NOTreceive credit for their work Prof. Leighton

  19. Homework • Most assignments are turned-in as hard copy (paper) • A few are emailed to me as attachments • An assignment states if it is emailed • Do not email me your homework otherwise • Do email questions about work • Use clear subject topic Prof. Leighton

Excel Homework • All Excel assignments have either • Headers with the student’s name, the assignment and the date due in the upper right-hand corner • Cover page with the information • Always turn in the formula sheet for each Excel assignment (if there are formulas) • The formula sheet must have gridlines and row and column headings • The columns should be wide enough to see the entire formula Prof. Leighton
