  6. 估测授权Estimated Authorisations • 酒店与汽车租赁业 • 第一步Step 1 • 预计停留时间 Expected length of stay • 房费及税 ，汽油费及税 • 估计其它费用 Estimate miscellaneous charges（汽车损坏和保险） • 第二步 Step 2 • 估计金额低于免授权限额吗？--卡片止付名单 Is the estimated amount below the floor limit ?- CRB • 估计金额高于免授权限额吗？ Is the estimated amount above the floor limit ? • 为整个估计金额获取授权 Obtain authorisation for the entire estimated amount • 在交易单据上记录授权代码和日期 Record approval code and date on Transaction Receipt • 第三步 Step 3 • 如有额外金额，需要获取额外授权 Additional authorisations may be obtained for additional amounts • 新授权不能包含以前已获批准的授权金额 New authorisation must not include previously authorised amounts

  13. 取现服务Cash Disbursement Service • 只有金卡持有者可以享受此服务 Only Gold Cardholders eligible • 持卡人必须是登记入住的客人 Cardholder must be a registered guest • 通过护照或其他类似证件认别持卡人Positively identify the cardholder with passport or similar • 为这笔取现服务要授权 Authorise the amount of the cash disbursement • 这项服务不收费 No fee to be charged for this service • 在持卡人住店期间，取现金额不得超过250美元A total of US$250 not to be exceeded during Cardholder＇s stay

  18. 出租车的损坏 Damage to Rented Car • 事发的90天内将记入持卡人帐单 Cardholder to be billed within 90 days of the occurrence • 提供下列文件支持: Support claim with the following documentation: • 租车协议副本 copy of rental agreement • 估计的损坏费用 estimate cost of damages • 国内当局的事故报告(如果需要) civil authority＇s accident report (if applicable) • 持卡人同意为损坏付帐 cardholder＇s consent to pay for damages • 证明所扣金额 的商户保险条款副本 copy of Merchant＇s insurance policy showing deductible amount • 任何证明持卡人责任的 其他相关文件 any other relevant documentation showing cardholder liability • 如果商户对延迟或补充费用不能提供支持文件时，请求依从权 Compliance right if Merchant fails to support charges for delayed or amended charges

  19. 特种汽车（只适用于美国商户 ） Specialised Vehicles (applicable to US Merchants only) • 特种车辆种类，即VANS,4轮驱动,跑车等 Unique class of cars i.e. vans, 4-wheel drive, sports model • 不能超过出租车队的5% Must not constitute more than 5% of the rental fleet • 商户在接受预订,取消预订,处理放空时必须遵守正 确的程序处理 Merchant to follow correct procedures for taking reservations, cancelling reservations and processing No-Shows • 取消时间不能超过计划租车时间前72小时 Cancellation time not to exceed 72 hours prior to scheduled rental • 放空费不得超过两天的租金 No-Shows must not exceed cost of 2 days rental

  21. 依从 Compliance • 提交的原因 Filing Reasons: • 拒付被拒付减少服务驳回 Chargeback Reduction Service Return • 旅馆预定/特种汽车预定服务 Hotel Reservation / Specialised Vehicle Reservation Service • 未经授权的签名 -旅游与娱乐交易 Unauthorised Signature - T&E Transaction • 旅游与娱乐分单交易 Split T&E Transaction • 调阅交易单据 Transaction Receipt Retrieval • 非法的旅游与娱乐文件或旅游与娱乐交易收据 Illegible T&E Document or T&E Transaction Receipt • 延迟或补充的费用 Delayed or Amended Charges • 国际航空 违规 International Airline Violation • 用于解决与取消代码有关的放空或预交入住订 金的争议问 题 Used to resolve No-Show?or Advance Lodging Deposit disputes involving a cancellation code

  22. 旅游与娱乐裁决T&E Resolution (cont.) • VISA决定Visa Decision • 确定一方或双方会员的责任 Assign liability to either one or both of the Members • 决定部分或全部资金 Determine partial or complete funding • 胜方在30天内索取判给的金额 Winning party to claim awarded amount within 30 days
