Program Application Period:
April, 2005 – December, 2006 (being extended into 2007 & 2008 for New Construction Markets)
Two years to install boiler from date of application approval.
Goal:
Increase the use of higher efficiency natural gas boilers in new construction and retrofit applications.

5. Program Incentives (EBP) Purchase Price Incentives:
Near Condensing Boilers: $4000 max/ boiler+$3.00 / MBH
Condensing Boilers: $6000 max/ boiler+$9.00 / MBH
Standard-eff. Boiler price: $7 / MBH of input
New construction cap: 75% of price premium
Retrofit cap: 50% of price premium
Plus: Incentives to Properly Size Boilers - $400 / $1500 max
Plus: Retrofit Venting Modification - $2000 max
Plus: Retrofit Monitoring Incentive - $1,500 max plus $1/GJ saved (yr 1)
