History of Present Illness I. 28 y/o Togolese man with a h/o nephrotic syndrome, initially presented 4/9 with abdominal pains, fever, chills and diffuse body aches. He was observed by the Trauma Surgery service but with IV fluids felt better and discharged the next day with instructions to follow-up
