  2. Usage Process • Click on any service, given at Home page • Now Login with your RATNAM ID and Password

  3. After login you will reach at Ratnam Utility Dashboard

  4. Now you can find our menu (as Indicated above), where you can select Your desire service

  5. Update your Depositbefore getting any transaction first of all you have to recharge your main account balance by deposit funds in the given bank account (as indicated) Click on Payment  Update Deposit You can transfer funds for Flight and Bus Booking .

  6. Update your Travel Account Balance Click on Travel  Get Travel Balance Select “Main to Travel” : Transfer fund Recharge to Travel “Travel to Main” : Trans. fund Travel to Recharge

  7. In case you click on Recharge Menu • You will found Three Services By Click on Prepaid Recharge ………….

  8. You will reach at Recharge window • Select Network Operator • Type your Mobile No. for recharge • Type Amount to be recharge • By clicking on submit your mobile will get recharge

  9. In case you click on Bill Payment Menu • You will found Six Services By Click on desire option ………….

  10. You will reach at Bill payment window • Select Biller • Enter Policy Detail • Enter Date of Birth • Enter Email ID • Enter Registered Mobile No. • Enter Amount to pay • By clicking on submit your bill will get paid.

  11. In case you click on Travel Menu • You will found Two Services By Click on Air Tickets …………

  12. You will reach at Flight Search window Enter from City Name Enter To City Name Enter Date Enter no of Adults Enter no of Childs Enter no of Infant • Search Flight By clicking on Search Button

  13. Get Special and Best Air Tickets Pricesfor Book your flight click on Book Button

  14. Fill Passenger Details and click on Proceed to Booking

  15. In case you click on Travel Menu • You will found Two Services By Click on Bus Tickets …………

  16. Bus Search Enter From and To Destination Select Travel Date • Search the bus By clicking on Search button

  17. You will get search result window Click on View Seats

  18. Select Seat by Clicking on Seat No. Book your Bus By clicking on Book Button
