  5. What the project looks like • Secure Database • API data collection and passing • User Interface for reporting & data upload • User defined permissions • Weighted algorithm creation • Geo-mapping from reporting

What we're looking for in a dev team • Motivated, dedicated individuals who see the BIG PICTURE • Creative programmers who can translate metrics and abstract envisioning into a user-friendly tool • Partners sharing a vision of equal education who are willing to work closely with our team to create a tool of long term utility to public schools
