Motorways of the Baltic Sea - Estonia • Border facilities with Russia at Narva/Ivangorod – construction of new road bridge • Sea Motorway corridors as a part of the broader multimodal transport chain have obvious need for the better utilisation of port infrastructure and good hinterland connections in the single market area - but quite often the bottlenecks related with the border-crossing with the EU neighbouring countries are becoming a serious obstacle to the long distance cargo flow.
Investments to East-West/West East railway connection: Reconstruction of Tallinn – Tapa II track ( 2009-2010); Construction of new railway border station at South-East of Estonia (2008-2010, ca 66 MEUR); Construction of Tallinn railway bypass. Motorways of the Baltic Sea - Estonia
