Maintenance • Professionals are needed when safety is a concern in the home. • Corrective maintenance is needed when something needs replacing • Preventive maintenance is something the home owner can do to avoid wear and tear and future expensive cost
Storage/Organization • Makes life easier and accessible • Should not be over or under crowded • Color coding can help with organization
