Sponsor Assignments Child Translation & Orphanage Info Sponsor Translations Individual inquires about sponsoring opportunities Orphanage sends child’s letter, photo and information to Marina for translation Sponsor sends translation assistance request to Angie. Angie to forward sponsor’s request to Marina Angie responds and sends FAQ sheet/info. and invites the person to sponsor a child Marina forwards translated info & photo to Angie Individual commits to sponsoring a child Marina translates letter and emails to sponsor Angie sends info to sponsors Angie assigns a child, updates spreadsheet, and sends the sponsor child’s information / cc:’s Marina Myko Kids! Angie assists in answering questions sponsors may have Website Marina downloads photos onto website upon receipt Angie to follow-up w/sponsor at one month to see how things are going. If no response from or lack of interest, will assign child a new sponsor. Angie to cc: Marina re: sponsor’s response to pull out and assignment of new sponsor for child. Every weekend Angie sends updated spreadsheet to Marina so that we’re both in sync; also will update Mindi of new orphans needing sponsors and which ones have been assigned that week
